Rosary beads are a traditional Catholic prayer tool used to guide the prayers of the Rosary and meditation on the Mysteries from the lives of Jesus and Mary. The crucifix begins the prayer, while the individual beads and groups of ten help keep place through the Apostles’ Creed, Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be.

A rosary may be used during daily prayer, held in moments of reflection or kept somewhere meaningful, such as beside the bed, on a prayer table or with other devotional items. It can also make a thoughtful religious gift for occasions including Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, weddings, bereavement or the beginning of a renewed prayer practice.

This rosary has not been blessed. If desired, it may be taken to a priest for blessing.
