Carnelian is associated with confidence, creativity and the courage to take action. Often chosen when motivation is low or self-doubt is getting in the way, it encourages you to trust your abilities and take the first step without waiting to feel completely ready.

Traditionally connected with the sacral chakra, Carnelian represents passion, pleasure and creative expression. Its warm orange-to-red colour reflects its energising symbolism, encouraging you to reconnect with what excites you and put some momentum behind your ideas.
